They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but authors and voice actors build their careers painting pictures with words.
It’s with that sentiment in mind that I am publishing this brief recap of the 2019 Independent Audiobook Awards, hosted by the HEAR Now Festival in Kansas City, MO on June 7, 2019.
The Afton Morrison Series: Books 1 2 3 & 4, narrated by Kristin James, Wyatt Baker, and myself, was nominated in the Thriller category. Although we didn’t win, it was an honor to be nominated alongside so many talented authors and narrators.
